Jill's pistol which is a hand cannon of sorts similar to the Government. However it has a higher rate of fire, and sadly may not be available without DLC. So it's pay to win in some sense. The STARS attachment is a nice double bonus. These digital items should BE IN THE GAME already though. Might as well use a save game editor or mod to make your own gear. Those don't cost anything.I only have this DLC because Steam winter sale price was less than $10 for true whole game. Games depreciate faster than automobiles. If you buy new you're only screwing yourself.. I love you very much, Jill !!!
